The Lent in Shinok restaurant

27th February – 15th April is an important period for all the believers – the Great Lent, which is inseparably associated with a bright Easter holiday.

Our Chef Elena Nikiforova has developed a balanced Lenten menu that includes delicious and healthy dishes on the basis of vegetables. Cold starters, a savoury lentil soup and a large choice of hot dishes – the Shinok’s menu not only complies with all requirements of a healthy diet, but also proves that the meals of this period can be delicious and varied.
