Mushroom menu in Shinok restaurant

Finally, the delight season has begun for all the mushroomlovers! Shinok restaurant is proud to welcome the autumn with aspecial mushroom menu. Our guests will have the chance toenjoy incredibly filling and delicious seasonal dishes by Elena Nikiforova, the restaurant’s Chef.
You will be offered an autumn salad with mushrooms dressed with savory sauce on the basis of walnuts and sour cream (630 rub.), pickled mushrooms platter (620 rub.): honey fungus,yellow boletus and, of course, “mushroom kings”, i.e. porcini mushrooms. Three hot starters: creamy porcini mushroomjulienne in a fresh white bread (520 rub.), golden potatoes roasted with porcini mushrooms (680 rub.) or girolles (460 rub.). Our mushroom menu couldn’t do without a flavoury broth with mushroom ‘ears’ (610 rub.) in a Ukrainian style made of a light and airy dough. But a real must is our wild mushroom roast(890 rub.), which includes orange-cup boletus, girolles, porcini mushrooms, flavoury boiled potatoes under rich sauce on the basis of sour cream, garlic and herbs.
